Random camera stream as well as white and black flashes? Hearing ticks.

So I recently charged my camera overnight and in the morning when I checked it the screen had a constant white then black flash where it would cycle between the two every second, with a tick also whenever it changed. Randomly it also stabilises and shows me a random video feed where I can see a barcode like it's viewing someone else's stream.

I assume you moved the camera at least a little when recharging? Your image and description kinda makes me think something is moving in and out of view, perhaps caused by airflow, causing this. A daytime screenshot as well as a pic of how it's installed may help as well as a link to a video.
