Random and inconsistent recordings

base station is VMB4000

 

Purchased a 5 camera PRO 2 wireless system June 2018 and have ran it on default settings.  About a couple of weeks ago I noticed inconsistently and randomly being triggered and, more importantly, not being activated by motion the majority of the time.  I've been reading the community posts of others with the same issues but can't find a solution.  I've reset my router, the base station, and the cameras.  i've resynced the cameras as well.

 

Another oddity was the person who I granted access to suddently had 3 cameras not on their app.  I removed them and gave them access again.  This seemed to solve that problem.

 

Any thoughts on the cameras working randomly?
