Question: Pro 2 users: Which Base station are you using?

I am trying to get to the source of my video problems. I'm wondering if it's my base station?

Note: I am using (2) VMB4000 Arlo Pro 2 base stations. I never had an issue before the update.

 

I understand that there are Pro2 users that are NOT having any of the following issues:

Live Image:

Blurry/fuzzy image quality (not 1080 quality)

 

Recorded video:

Image occasionally freezes

Quality is not 1080 (blurry/not sharp and crisp)

Image occasionally pixelates

Image skips frames, fast forwards, etc.

Images suddenly disappear, etc.

Etc. Etc.

 

If you are NOT having these issues, which base station(s) are you using?

I have been working with Tech support. They sent me a new VMB 4000 base station to try.

It made no difference. The recorded videos are still blurry (NOT 1080) the videos still occasionally freeze, speed up, pixelate, images vanish, etc.

 

I'll keep everyone posted on the next step.
