Push to talk makes Pro2 freeze

When I try to use the two way conversation feature the Pro2 usually freezes and often disconnects. Any solutions?

Are you using the mobile app (iOS, Android) or the web client? Do you experience the same behavior on both?

iOS and web seem to act the same. Sometimes it works, sometimes it freezes. This is on pro2s about 30 feet from the base station, and full signal strength. My home service is Spectrum with 240 mbps down and 12 mbps up.
