Hi all, my Arlo push notifications (sound, badges, banners) don’t seem to work anymore after the IOS update to 15.3. Is there a workaround or will Arlo be releasing a fix? I’ve confirmed it’s not due to any Do Not Disturb or the new Focus settings from Apple causing the issue. And I’ve downloaded the latest Arlo app and restarted. Please help as it is posing a problem since our neighborhood has had many break-ins lately and this additional safeguard has been disabled. Thank you.

Some folks here who use the "friend" access feature have found that when they stop sharing the cameras the notifications come back.
If you are sharing the cameras, it'd be good to now if this also is your experience - plus it might get your notifications back on one phone.

Thanks Stephen. My iPhone is the “friend” which stopped receiving notifications. The main user on Android is still able to receive notifications. Hopefully Arlo will be able to release a patch to fix the iOS issue. Thanks again for the quick reply.

A recent Arlo cloud release (automatic update) should have addressed the push notification issue that many users have been experiencing. Please let us know if you're still experiencing an issue receiving push notifications.
