Arlo Pro 2 (6) camera system

I just upgraded our Arlo system to a (6) camera system. I couldn't get the 6th camera to appear because it says I need a subscription. I purchased a subscription but it's only available for 5 cameras. What can I do to get all 6 cameras to appear on my system? Arlo has no phone numbers posted for help or email for support. I am not liking that I spent all this money and no support.

If the system you purchased was a 6 camera system, Arlo use to give you a setup code to allow all 6 to function... otherwise you are limited to a max of 5 for basic ( free ) level.
