Purchased Arlo Pro 2 system from Costco. No option to activate siren.

Just installed Arlo Pro-2 system from Costco. There is no option to sound siren. When I tap the red shield circle button, call 911 and call friend are grayed out and sound siren is completely absent. I saw posts saying there was a gray line pull down option at top of devices screen, but I do not have that gray line option. Is my unit defective or is this a common problem? Thanks!!

The base station that comes with the Arlo Pro 2 model that was sold at Costco does not have a siren. I have that one too.

Could you provide the link or picture that you saw at Costco and the Base Station you currently have?

It's model VCS3000C.  I've attached a picture from my order history.  Was 280.00 at Costco but they are selling the Arlo 3s now.

Thanks for mentioning the model and attaching the product. The VCS3000C (or VMB3500) does not come with the siren. You can read about different Arlo Base Stations here: What is the difference between each Arlo SmartHub and base station?
