My pro2 camera for apparently no reason lost connection with my station. The station is fine as there are three other cameras connected. I followed all the troubleshooting directions including removal of the battery and resync'ing to no avail. I then disconnected the device from the station and tried to sync again as I would a new camera. During the sync process, the camera flashes blue and red lights and never sync's. I've plugged in the charger so the battery should be good. What next steps would anybody recommend?

Try removing the battery from the problem camera, plug it into the charger and locate the camera near the base station. Use a pc web browser that is connected to the local network to access the arlo web portal to import the camera.
