I have an older ARLO a Pro VMC4030 camera and it was time to replace the battery. I purchased a ARLO branded battery and it arrived so I put it in and proceeded to charge it. It would NOT accept a charge.
So, I attempted to used the chat which is a bot and it was not at all helpful and I tried sending a message to ARLO a week ago but NOTHING!
So, I guess ARLO doesn't care and they are now removed from our vendor list.
We will be searching for a replacement system and it will NOT be arlo. With customer service like this they will be going out business.

Why not just return the battery? It's not something that can be repaired.
Also, did you try the battery in another camera? Sometimes the charging circuitry in an old camera will fail.

Arlo customer service is just bots ... there are no humans who can give answers or help. Also, when they plan to no longer support the product anymore, it is time to find a new security system from a company who has customer support and cares about customers so Let's GO!
