After paying a fee to have my cameras turned back on they recently went back offline . A shame you pay good money for a product and receive terrible customer support.any solutions?

If the cameras are pro2 or older you don’t need to pay a fee for them to work with basic features.
If you’re referring to arlo support and have taken out a subscription plan to speak to them then you can have them get your cameras working as many times you want per month.
Alternatively you can read as many posts here on the forum as you want to get them working again each time they fail.
If you’re able to provide more detail then someone can fast track the steps you may need.
