Pro 2 not sending alerts

I have two Pro 2 cameras (2016), each  powered by 120v outlet.  

 

Never any problem,  5+ years and wifi base station working perfectly for 5+ years.   Recently, I notice alerts (event videos) are sent to my email as normal,  from one camera, but not from the other.   The problem one is recording events and they exist in my library (30 days),   but I never get an event alert from that camera.  Any suggestions???

Power cycle the base station to start with, pull the external power and battery on the problem camera for 10sec to reset it.
Check in the armed mode rules for the camera that the email address and enabled for notifications.

Sorry Danny Bear- been away for over a month.  Now back… and following your advice. I did everything you suggested.  One camera still not pushing an email alert to me.  I can send you screenshots of edit rules.  Both cameras have rules set identically.  I am grateful for your willingness to help me.  I'm stuck!  

 

Any other suggestionsns?

Create a new custom mode with identical rules to see if that works.
