Pro 2 not recording randomly. Shows grey picture when checking timeline. Happens randomly.

Hi!

I recently bought a 3-pack of arlopro 2 cameras. One of them are installed with a powercable and also connected to a CVR-plan.

But when i’m looking back at the timeline it seems that it randomly doesn’t record. When looking at the timeline it’s just a grey picture. It seems that it occures randomly and at all times a day.

Does anyone know why this happens and what can i do about it?

I'd start by swapping cameras around to see if still happens with a different camera. If not, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a hardware problem.
