My Arlo Pro 2 camera was earlier connected to a Netgear Nighthawk M1 router as a base. After the support for this solution was ended, I got a base station VMB4500r2 that I want to connect to the camera, but it is absolutely impossible. I have reset the base several times, the camera is charged fully, and I have tried to hardware reset the camera by holding the sync button until it should blink amber three times, but that is not possible either, it only blinks blue. Can someone help me before I'm turning absolutely mad here?

It's not clear whether the base is connected to your account - is it? As for resetting a Pro 2 camera, holding the sync button does nothing - that's a feature of the newer cameras. Reinserting the battery is the only "reset" possible.
