Pro 2 camera won't show live footage when CVR plan is purchased.

Hi all,

I've had my Pro 2 cameras for a few years now and regularly have connectivity issues. In some cases, I've had to remove a camera from the app and then re-install it again. This week, I had to do exactly that to 2 of my 4 cameras. Both now working as normal BUT here's the strange part, 1 of those cameras has a CVR plan, (the other 3 do not). When I subscribe again, the camera will not connect to show me live footage. If I remove the CVR plan, it works fine.

 

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Thanks
