My Arlo Pro 2 Camera was stolen on Dec 1 , 2020 at 1:54 AM. The serial number is A2R1997FD2DDD. It’s all on SAVED video. The thief’s face is in view and clear . Please let me know what to do next. I plan on filing a police report tomorrow . How do I get the Camera replaced . Is there a theft replacement guarantee ?

I also made sure I didn’t delete the device. I am holding the spot for the serial number so the camera can’t be used . I am sure Arlo will tell me when I can delete once they have the serial number reported to track to see if it’s used in another location ? If they do that .
