The app update on July 3 has my Pro 2 live feed locked up any suggestions or anyone else having this problem? I’ve reset my base and no changes!

Are you still having this issue? What phone device are you using? And could you clarify on what you mean with the live feed is locked up?

Yes I’m still having the issue! When you hit the button on the camera you want to live view all it does is spin. If you try to spot it that doesn’t work either I have to close my Arlo and reopen it. I’m really frustrated with this every since the July 3rd update it’s not working on my iPhone and my iPad. I made sure there was no firmware update needed and rebooted my system so many times it’s insane.

On your iPhone and/or iPad, is this happening when you're on cellular data and/or WiFi? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app?
