I have 5 cameras in my base stations:
4 Pro 2 and 1 Ultra 2.
As we are know, Pro 2 recording is free according to Arlo. Ultra 2 requires a subscription to record in the library due to the higher resolution.
In my case, 3 Pro 2 cameras are recording in the library but one Pro 2 does not.
I wanted to get tech support on why only one Pro 2 cannot record but the other three can, Arlo requires that I purchase subscription in order to support me. But it is supposed to be free as Arlo advertises so what subscription are they talking about? Arlo robot gave me instructions for inspection, I followed without any problem but it still does not record.
Can someone shed some light?

Just to clarify:
- Can you livestream from the problem camera?
- If so, did you try making a manual recording or snapshot while livestreaming?
