Pro 2 camera has cloudy lens. Not dirty or condensation. Any fix?

I have pro 2 camera that has a cloudy lens all the time. It’s not dirty and it’s not condensation because this is an indoor camera. Is there a fix for this? Will the company replace it?

show pics of same and if less than a year your warranty is good.
