I’m having an issue where my device is plugged in and is showing that it is charging, but the battery has drained all the way to 2%. The cord is showing no damage and this device is less than a year old. Anyone else experience this? Any fixes?

Have you verified that the charger has power and is supplying power? Have you tried a different charger?
