Pro 2 How do I turn off push notifacatins or alerts

I want the motion sensors on on my camera's but I dont want the alerts going to my phone everytime one is activated. Thats hundreds of alerts a day and way to complicated. How do I turn off push notifacatins or alerts. But keep motion sensors on ?

Edit your recording mode. Edit the rules. Each rule will have the option to have push notifcations and/or email notifications. Toggle the check boxes as suits you
