Pro 2 Camera Is Not Showing Battery Strength

I have reset my base unit and put in freshly charged battery but my camera shows no battery strength. I plugged in the charger directly to the camera and the camera is not showing the icon that it is being charged. I have tried 2 hot battereis and no change.

 

Also the camera is showing on line.

Any ideas what to do next?

Try restarting the base.
