[Potential Fix] "We don't recognize this device"

Trying to log into my Arlo Pro2 web portal, but I keep getting the message "We dont recognize this device" then message goes away after 2 seconds and tells you to log back in.
What I did to resolve this:
  1. I logged in with my guest account.
  2. Disabled/Turn Off 2-factor authentication.
  3. Changed authentication method from phone to email. then I got the authentication code in my email
  4. Logged back in with my Original account
I think this is a bug on the Arlo team side and this needs to be fixed from their end
