I need help. I canceled my account late last year, and realized Arlo is still pulling a payment. I tried to chat but all it would give me was instructions to cancel my account - I don’t have an account to cancel. It says my account isn’t authorized to talk to a person. How do I stop Arlo from pull a monthly payment?

Contact your bank in the first place to discuss this and to seek advice. Then contact your local Trading Standards (if you're in the UK) office to report this. This is a well known issue.
