PC is not recognized? How to solve?

Every time when I login to my.arlo.com  from my PC I get the message "Dit apparaat wordt niet herkend,"

in English "This device is not recognized" Meaning that my PC is not recognized.

"We hebben een push-melding verzonden naar Mijn Mobiel om je identiteit te verifiëren. Dit scherm verdwijnt automatisch na verificatie.
Melding verloopt over: x seconds.

 

Anybody knows how to solve this ?

Thank you very much.  I turned off 2 factor authentication. and the problem is gone.

Arlo should change this.

This sounds like you've activated 2FA (2 factor authentication). Currently only the apps are recognized, not computers. Right now you'll always have to use the notification on the phone to allow the computer to be used.
