Only one camera is detecting motion and recording in the library

I have an Arlo pro 2 camera system. Only one camera is detecting motion and recording in the library. How do I  see both in my library?

If the problem camera has previously been recording to the library then you can try power cycling the base station or pull the camera battery for 10sec.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?
