Only Detecting Some Motion, Not All....

My cameras appear to only record some motion, but not all. For instance, they will record a car driving past my driveway and pulling out of my driveway, but not a car pulling into my driveway.

Today I have video of someone walking away from my house, but no footage of him walking up to the house. This of course means i have no image of his face, just his backside which isn't as easy to identify!  I also don't know how long he was out of the cameras range in my side/backyard. 

I recall seeing sensitivity settings when I first installed, but can't seem to find them now.  I assume this is the first thought anyone will have though I don't think it will fix anything because if it's the same man and same car, why isn't it picking up the arrival, but records the departure? Sensitivity shouldn't matter at that point, right?

All settings for recordings are in your modes and rules. Use the Mode tab, click on your base and edit the rules, saving as you go.
