One of Arlo Pro 2 cameras disappeared from Arlo app. Will not discover but roommate can see it.

Me & my roommate have 2 Arlo Pro 2 cameras. A front yard one & a back yard one. I can see the back yard camera, but the front yard camera has disappeared from my Arlo app weeks ago. I have tried literally everything & the app just WILL NOT discover the front yard camera. My roommate can see it on his app just fine.

I'm guessing you're nt the primary owner (the person who set the system up). If that's correct, the owner (your roomie) has to go to Settings, Grant Access and ensure that all cameras are selected for you to see.
