All four cameras have been working. One camera now shows as "no internet connection" when I login to my app.
I assume, that I will have to re-sync it? My question is... if I take the camera down and re sync it with the base, will I also have to re-sync all the other cameras as well? They are all mounted high on the side of my building. Difficult to access!!
Any advice will be appreciated...

It seems you should be able to re-sync just the one camera. I have a 4 camera set too and sync'd each one by pressing the button on the base station then the button on the camera. Seems in re-syncing your non-connecting camera, you are just adding another camera to your base. The other 3 should stay connected. Also it seems your situation is similar to my initial setup, my #3 camera didn't sync to the base station the first time around so after I had sync'd the 4th camera, I went back to sync the #3 camera and it worked, I did not lose connection with any of the other cameras. Finally, in the instructions to add a new camera, you press the button on the base station then on the camera. There is no mention of re-syncing all the other cameras.

Many thanks for your prompt response!! I will give it a try. It has been working fine for about 3 months... I decided to drop its internet connection tonight! The other 3 are fine. The blue light is on, and I have the cams A/C powered (not battery).

How far is the camera that has the connection issue from the base station? Could distance be why the connection drops? I'm not getting the 100 m/ 300 ft line of sight distance in the Netgear documentation. At 35 m (~100 ft?) going through a couple of wood frame walls and exterior stucco, I'm down to 1 out of 3 bars on the camera furthest from the base. It still works fine sending video though. That camera is also on mains/AC power. I'm into my first week with the equipment.

That happened to one of my camera's not too long ago. I just popped the battery out for a sec and reinstalled it, it came back up no probs afterwards.
I bought one of Reaching Assist Tools for picking up trash etc... make it alot easier than grabbing a ladder when I need to pull one down to charge or change the direction it's pointing.

"No internet connection" is a weird error for a single camera to have. Did you get it re-sync'd? If it seems to struggle to re-sync easily, try move your base station a little further away from your wifi router and try again
