All of my cameras are set to record when motion is detected, and stop once motion stops. However, one of my cameras, once detecting motion, records for the full 300 seconds, every time. I've tried setting it to record only 20 seconds, which worked, and then changing back to 'record until motion stops' but it goes back to recording a full 5 minutes.
The motion detection is not too senstive as it only records when a person walks past - but could it be swaying branches of trees that keep it recording once it has begun?
It is frustrating as it is depleting the battery quicker than it should be,.
Thanks

Moving camera didn't work - so I removed it from my device list and re-synced. That appears to have fixed the issue for now

It's hard to say for sure but try swapping cameras around to see if the same thing happens with another camera in that location. If it does the same thing, you can change the camera position to eliminate the source of false triggering.
