One Camera not showing up on shared account

I searched the forum and found a similar topic and followed the steps to check "grant access" for the shared account. Every camera is checked under my wife's account. However, on her app, it isn't showing my Front Door camera. She gets alert notifications for the camera, but no way to view them when she opens the app because the camera isn't showing up. Any ideas on how to fix this or is it a bug?

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? ( her phone )
