Not receiving email invite to grant access

In the Arlo app I have tried multiple times to send an invite.  I never receive the email to be able to create the account.  I have tried different email addresses and still never get the email.  I am currently trying to send the invite to an icloud.com email address.  Anyone else having this issue?

Have you checked the email account folders in case it was flagged as spam?

Yes, have checked spam and junk folders. Almost seems Apple iCloud is blocking it. Have a case open with them as well. Thanks for the response.

Arlo sends these emails through Amazon SES (simple email service).  Based on some googling, I think you are correct in thinking that Apple is blocking the email.
