Hi! After a few months of smooth functionality the system just quit saving recorded activities in the library. What to do?

Model: VMB4500 | Arlo Pro/Pro2 Base Station

What have you tried already?

  • Restarting the base and cameras is a reasonable first step.
  • Checking the LED(s) on the base is useful.
  • Check that the system is armed.
  • Also see if you can live stream the cameras and make manual recordings.
