Why is it I'm able to download some videos from my library and others I cannot? For videos that I cannot download with my web browser, the download button doesn't seem to work. Other videos taken on the same day and with the same browser, the download button works just fine.

Are you still having this issue with your downloads button? Have you tried clearing your cache or testing on another browser and trying again?

I've tried all the above. It seems to occur on random video recordings and at random times. Meaning one video won't download but when I try the same video several hours later a may or may not download.
