I have a Arlo Pro 2 system that was grandfathered with the 7 day videos storage. I moved out of state and now the system will not show recordings. I get notifications but the recordings are blank. I have rebooted base. VMB4000 and 5 VMC4030p cameras

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the cameras?
