I can’t hear the sound when playing the videos through the Arlo app. If I download them to my Photos, the sound, plays just fine. My iPhone is fully updated and I have already deleted and reinstalled the app, and restarted the Base. Any ideas? It’s been a rough go with Arlo from the start. Still no CVR on the doorbell?

Did you uninstall the app or delete it through the library. If it was just uninstalled can you please try deleting the app and then reinstalling it from the App Store. You do this from the library and then click delete ( If it says remove app that is the incorrect spot)
If you have already deleted the app, remove the device that is having issues and uninstall it then re-connect it to the base.
