Two outdoors cameras within 5-10 metres of base are not recording and cannot use the live-stream option as they either endlessly buffer (i.e. says "connecting") or time out only after a few seconds. Motion and audio icons appear as permanently active, too.

Have disconnected and re-added cameras. Restarted base multiple times. Physically taken batteries out, and no changes. Cameras continue to not record and "time-out" only after a few second. This is the first time this issue has happened since purchase and installation in 2018 that has lasted this long and is ongoing.

Something feels like this is an issue on the back end as sometimes after a few tries a refreshed, static image appears and replaces the old one. Issue has been happening since morning of April 5, 2023 EST

Camera Info:
Firmware: 1.125.17.1_11_de8490d
Hardware: H5
Purchase & Installation: Summer of 2018

Do you have more than 2 cameras? If so, swap them around with working ones to see if it's the camera or location. Has anything happened near those cameras recently, such as a new or moved wireless device that's nearby? If you bring one inside for testing does it work properly?

Just two cameras and nothing has happened and brought cameras indoors to text with no results.

Ended up just deleting all devices, including base, and adding them all again, which did the trick.

Lots of work, but at least now things are operational as it used to be.
