I have an Arlo Pro 2. I have all of them plugged into an outlet. 3 of the 4 are working correctly.
One of them, the battery was charged full, but the problem is, although still plugged into the outlet, there is no lightening bolt on the battery, and the batter is going down. I have changed chargers, and that is not the problem, and there is power from the outlet. I even changed the cable to no avail!
So.... with the camera plugged into power, it is not charging the camera, and there is no lightening bolt.
Can anyone advise what the problem is?
Thanks,
Mel

If you have used this outlet, charger and cable successfullly on the other cameras, you probably have a defective battery. Contact Customer Service at the banner near the bottom of this page. If you plan on leaving the camera plugged into an outlet, you can remove the battery and still use the camera.

And to verify whether or not it is a battery issue, try swapping the battery between this camera and a camera that is working properly. If the problem moves with the battery, you confirmed it.

Check the flexible ribbon between the charging port and the camera

Another test, take out the battery and run on AC power only with no battery in the camera. Does the camera work? If the camera works then there is something wrong with the battery charging circuitry in the camera. If the camera doesn't work, then there is a problem internally with getting power from the connector on the camera. Either way, see if you can exchange the camera.

I had the same problem.
After the recent firmware update on Jan 31, one of my cameras would no longer charge when plugged in (no lightning bolt on the power indicator). All fo the other cameras were fine. The camera worked on battery power but would not recognize being plugged in.
I got online with support and after swapping power adaptors, cables and batteries, determined it was the camera and speculated it was not properly updated in the firmware update. An RMA is currently being processed for the camera. (BTW, Support was very helpful in this.)
