Hi

We bought this Arlo Pro 2 a few weeks ago and it’s been running fine until yesterday. I couldn’t get a status of the system and when I checked there were no lights on. I’ve unplugged and re-set but it’s dead.
Is this likely to be a straight warranty issue?

Might just be the power adapter but might be the base station. Have you got an old original base station that you can try the power adapter from?
