No night vision when viewed in Live

Hi!
So my cameras is set up and working good ...
one thing that dont work is when i view camera at night in live mode, infrared doesnt work...
but when camera save videos in cloud all of them videos is bright with infrared working

Hi @Jankovichs,

 

Try to toggle the night vision off first. Then go back to the settings and toggle it back on to see if that helps. You can read here to see how to disable and re-enable the Night Vision: How do I turn my camera's night vision on and off in my Arlo app?

Tried that... disabled and enabled ... still doesnt work night vision in live view mode

This is screen shoots ...one is from live view mode and another one is saved from video file in cloud ... clearly live view is much darker

Thanks for the screenshots. Do you have a light near the camera? That might be one of the reasons where the IR is not triggering. Try testing in a dark area (with no lights) and see if the night vision works that way.
