No microphone icon on app

The live microphone icon is not there when i go to the live video. I just redownloaded the app and have the latest version. what do I do? That is a huge feature on this camera that i do not have the access to.

Are you the primary account holder or are you a grant access user? Which camera are you not seeing the microphone icon?

The grant access user. I can't see the microphone on both cameras. Does it have anything to do with the primary account holder granting me access?

Which Arlo camera do you have that is having this problem?
