The new app/software sucks. The cameras often don't connect or when they do, record a garbled image now. They worked just fine a month ago. No changes to my internet or camera locations. Super disappointed in Arlo. Again.
My question is this: once I canceled the trial I didn't want in the first place, my cameras no longer record - any ideas why? They are armed. There was a note when canceling saying if the trial was canceled, you'd lose recordings. But Customer Service assured me legacy systems still have their free 7 day recordings. Only, mine doesn't seem to...

Update: Turns out the Feed Settings left "Motion" deselected after canceling the Arlo Secure trial. Easy fix. Poor camera connectivity and video quality persists.
