Hi,

I have noticed that I have no recordings on any of my cameras nor have I been receiving any notifications of motions for some time now on the arlo pro 2 camera. I can connect to cameras and I’ve restart system but makes no difference. Is anyone else having this problem please?

The mods - @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN  - can do a back-end resync that will resolve this issue.

 

You can also remove one camera from your account and then add it back again.  Many users have found that resolved the problem.  The risk here is that sometimes it is hard to add that camera back.  So if you aren't in a rush, you can wait for the one of the mods to respond.

yeah it seems to be working, so it might be fixed.

ill give it a couple more days to really determine wether its fixed or not though.

I am having this same problem and I am trying to understand the comment "can do a back-end resync that will resolve the issue".  Does that have to be done by Arlo customer service?  If so, what is the best way to contact 

a person who is familiar with this solution?

Yes, it's an Arlo function so tagging the mods is the fastest way to do this - @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN

Thank you!  I will wait to hear back from one of them.  I have not tried to remove a camera.

I made a backend update, can you reboot your base station and test this again.

I rebooted the base station and then checked two different camera/arming configurations.  Both of them are now working again with notifications and recordings, so it looks like the issue has been resolved.  Thank you!
