Cannot log into my account via wireless app or WIFI PC. Message reads Arlo does not recognize this device. When prompted I ask for a code to be sent via email -- it never arrives. When I prompted to ask for code to be sent via text it never arrives. There is no spam in my spam folder. Right now I have 5 cameras that are useless. What next? Can someone help please? Thank You

Have you previously been able to login with the same mobile phone or is it a new phone?
Any new device trying to login will likely need to be trusted due to the 2FA request to the old phone.
If you’re trying to login using a web browser pc the same applies but you can choose another method to manage the 2FA request method if the email format is correct or for the SMS phone number format is correct.
I always have a second mobile device (iPad) setup with same credentials to facilitate easy login access when needed.
Looks like a job for arlo support so get your credit card handy, no wait, you can’t contact support because you cannot login. You will need to use their chat box, but wait you can’t login.
You will need to go online and purchase a secure plan, wait again you can’t login to put your equipment on the plan.
I guess you can wait for someone to contact you like @JamesC or ShayneS.
