Night vision not working suddenly unless I tap camera.

2 days ago my Arlo Pro 2 night vision stopped triggering at night, even though I put its sound and sensitivity to highest settings. (Does work if I go live)

If I stand in front of the camera and wave it still will not trigger and the IR lights are not on. But if I slightly tap the camera it will come on and start recording.

Does trigger during the day though.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Try restarting the base.
