I purchased the ARLO Pro 2 3 camera setup at Costco. I have two problems with the new system using new Arlo app (not legacy app):
1) Cameras, Base station and app are updated to most current versions. I am not getting email notifications regarding motion detected on this system. My other house has the old system and I always receive notifications via email.
2) When I get app icon notifications that I have events, I open the new app and it shows any number of recordings yet when I open that part of the app nothing is recorded. If I go through individual cameras it shows events (motion detected) again any number and again nothing recorded. I check this app daily so it should still be on the cloud.
Finally on line chat is worthless! I keep getting no available agents that speak english.

Try checking your mode options to make sure on the new Arlo app that you have email notifications set, which you can check here: How do I turn on/off email notifications?

Are you referring to the notification icon badge counter?
