My Cameras just disappeared off my Arlo App

This an’t my first rodeo, I’m just a country gal. I have 3 Arlo Pro 2’s, and three newest essential cameras with which I only use 2 due to not wanting to pay for the 6th one. They were are all perfectly installed and working on the app and we’re running smoothly, the night before we need to catch our early morning flight to leave on vacation. I decided to turn on the four cameras that I usually have turned off when I’m at home, so I go to the Arlo app to turn on my 4 offline cameras and poof all 5 cameras we’re dumped not even one was in the app just gone pooooof! everything was lost. I have a brand new Arlo router. so I ended up not able to get them up and running for my vacation in time unfortunately, round and round it goes. When I returned home I spent literally 12 hours trying to reinstall them, unfortunately they won’t install and sync. I’ve reset the box. I’ve reset everything and I try to do it again and again, I reached out to tech chat support with no help and still no success. None of the cameras will install in my Arlo app. I am extremely disappointed in the amount of hours wasted trying to get this done. I ended up in another Arlo message chat today with no success, I got very tired waiting a hours for the chat guy to come back to tell me what to do, he just never finished up on our chat, never finished up and never returned back to me, dumped once again!!!.. All I want to do is talk to somebody and walk me through getting their time waisting cameras back up and running in my Arlo app. My equipment is in perfect condition. Didn’t have any problems recently.
I just think this is kind of suspicious as they’re trying to get everyone to sign up and pay for memberships, maybe this is how they do it, turn off all our cameras and than your forced to pay for a subscription plan???.. I don’t feel the memberships is necessary in my case as I only use 5 cameras when I go on vacation. Maybe just a tech support plan might be advisable, with all these problems I have with their equipment. I don’t need all the high definition features or iCloud storage, I rather go use another home security system that doesn’t charge. I’m a small town gal and I just want security from our wildlife such as our ferocious bears, coyotes and mice that run around my house. Please help…I know it’s not rocket science, but I’m tired of the camera sync just going round and round with no results, no sync, this stinks! I’m real tired of this! Thank you 🙏
