My Arlo Pro 2 camera won't charge. Tried other cameras and other different power outlets.

My Arlo Pro 2 battery wont charge. It’s my first time charging the battery and charged to other camera prior and still wont work. Have tried different power outlets with no success.

Only the supplied ac adapter will charge the batteries.... they use a dual voltage qualcom unit for 5v usb and 9v to charge battery. A normal USb adapter will NOT work.

Thar said, if you have the original adapter and the battery was run to low, it may have issues starting a charge...
