My Arlo Pro 2 Is Not Recording

My pro 2 that is set up outside, under cover not fully exposed to the elements, has stopped recording, it will not activate or record when there is motion.
This camera has been outside for only 30 days, the battery is at 48% test no motion detection activation working.
The other camera that came in the same box (2 pak) is mounted inside and is working perfectly, motion activation is working fine and is recording fine to cloud.
Any ideas what can be causing this, they are only 30 days old.

I assume you have tried to restart the base station?
Have you tried to remove the camera from your account and set it up again ?
If all elce fails remove all devices from your account including the base station and Hard Reset the base station to it's default state and set it all back up as it was new but still using your same account.
How can I reset my Arlo base station to the default values?
If I have issues with any device I tend to Hard Reset them and it usually resolves the issues.
The cause of the issue may have been a firmware update or App update, it could happon with any device and again I tend to Hard Reset devices when there is a firmware update...just an old school thing I still do.
