My App Wont' Sync to Samsung Galaxy 9+

I am trying to sync my Galaxy s9+ to the app and it just keeps spinning. My husband has same phine and had no trouble syncing his phone.
It just keeps 'searching for device'
I have restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app x2. Still no luck.

You can't install a system that's already installed. Hubby should use Settings, Grant Access from the primary account to your email address so both of you can see the cameras at the same time.
