My ARLO Pro 2 Serial # 52N1837SC40E5 is not connectiong to the Arlo Base VMB4000

My Arlo Pro 2 Camera  52M1837SC40E5 is not connecting to the base. The other cameras are connecte??

Any suggestions?

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices & try again?
